Professor Goodman is on the campaign trail with Hillary Clinton

Professor of Political Science Jay Goodman, best known for his uncanny resemblance to Einstein and matching dog, has been involved in state, local, and national campaigns over the past fifty years. Specifically, in the past year he has been involved in the Hillary Clinton campaign as a consistent financial contributor, and advisor to the Senator.

Student activism is on the rise at Wheaton

Activism is nothing new to Wheaton's campus, but lately there has been an outstanding amount of student advocacy on campus. Students have formed clubs and ad hoc committees to petition, demonstrate and inform the community on political, environmental and human rights issues of local or global importance.

World renowned, Ethiopian artist Behailu Bezabih spoke about his life's work on February 19, at 7:00 p.m. Soft-spoken Bezabih describes his art as his "prayer." Currently, Bezabih is the artist in residence at Bowling Green State University in Ohio, making this his first United States residency.

Education Club offers stress release and community service

Don't let the name fool you; the Education Club is not just for Education minors, it is open to the entire community. Led by co-presidents Elizabeth Lyons '08 and Leonie Roell '09, the club offers a support system for Education minors. Through the club, members can obtain the CPR certification required of the education minor and even aids in finding job openings for life beyond the bubble.
